Landes Criminal Defense uses SMS/text messages for one-to-one communications between our attorneys or staff and people who contact or retain our firm. Messages may include responses to inquiries, consultation and appointment scheduling, case updates, document requests, and answers to client questions.
By providing your phone number and submitting a website form that displays our SMS disclosure, you consent to text messages from Landes Criminal Defense about your inquiry, consultation scheduling, and related follow-up. If you text us first, we may respond to that conversation. We obtain permission for ongoing case-related texting during intake or through another documented consent process. These permissions do not enroll you in promotional text messages.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to obtain legal services. To request a consultation without giving SMS consent through our website form, call (918) 212-8561 or email contact@landeslegal.com. You can also ask our office to communicate with you by phone or email instead of text.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, case, and conversations with our firm. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier can explain the charges included in your plan.
Reply STOP to a text from us to opt out of further SMS messages. You may receive one final confirmation. We will honor your request and stop further SMS messages unless you give new permission. You may also call or email our office to request that we stop texting you.
Reply HELP for assistance, call (918) 212-8561, or email contact@landeslegal.com.
