Landes Criminal Defense uses flat-rate pricing tailored to the case. We review the charges, evidence, history, jurisdiction and work required before quoting a fee. There is no single published dollar amount for every DUI; the initial consultation is free.

A case-specific flat rate

The firm builds the scope of your defense before quoting a clear legal fee, rather than charging by the hour.

Published payment options

Our pricing page lists half down with the balance due in 60 days, plus financing and card or bank payments.

Discuss the full budget

Attorney fees are different from court costs, fines, treatment, testing, interlock expenses and reinstatement charges.

A misdemeanor case and an aggravated or repeat felony allegation may involve different issues. The amount of evidence, chemical testing, prior court records, contested motions, hearing needs and trial preparation can also affect the scope. The separate driving-privilege matter deserves attention when the representation is defined.

Our published pricing describes investigation, a personalized defense strategy, direct attorney access, motions and hearings, and representation involving DUI license issues. Your written agreement should identify the work included in your particular case. Ask how trial, a separate appeal, later expungement or another case would be handled before comparing quotes.

The firm’s published payment plan allows half of the flat rate to start, with the remaining balance due in 60 days. The pricing page also lists three- to six-month financing through Affirm, major credit cards and ACH or bank transfer. Confirm current availability and any financing terms, interest or lender requirements when reviewing your quote.

A legal fee does not mean every expense connected with an arrest disappears. Depending on the outcome, you may need to budget for court-imposed amounts, an assessment, education or treatment, testing, an ignition interlock and license reinstatement. A local program can involve additional participation costs. We help identify the categories that may apply so you can ask informed budget questions.

A little more clarity

Get answers, then talk through the facts of your case with an attorney.

Do you publish one price for every DUI?

No. The firm’s pricing is based on the specific charges and defense work. A consultation allows us to discuss your case and give a meaningful quote instead of an unsupported starting price.

Can I make payments?

The published options include half down with the balance due in 60 days, plus Affirm financing. Confirm the terms available for your representation and any lender conditions before committing.

Does paying for a lawyer guarantee a result?

No. A fee pays for the agreed legal work and representation, not a guaranteed dismissal, reduction or sentence. Evidence, legal rulings, eligibility and decisions by the prosecutor and court affect the outcome.
